Aggregated Service definition

Aggregated Service means Aggregated P1 Service, Aggregated T1 Service and Aggregated B1 Service or any one or more of them (as the case may require).
Aggregated Service means the total period of service made up of separate periods of service where the break between the periods of service is more than three months, with the following employers: Whanganui District Health Board and its immediate predecessors, that is Good Health Wanganui, the Manawatu-Wanganui Area Health Board, Wanganui Area Health Board, Wanganui Hospital Board, Public Service, Post Office, New Zealand Railways, any University in NZ, any NZ Polytechnic and/or College of Education, but excludes any service for which redundancy/severance/early retirement or similar payment has already been made. Aggregated service applies to service for severance calculations and gratuity payment calculations. 1 Severance: Payment will be made in accordance with the following:

Examples of Aggregated Service in a sentence

  • Aggregated Service means a direct debit service facilitated by GoCardless that allows the Merchant to be identified under the GoCardless Payment Scheme Identifier, such that GoCardless appears as the transacting party on a relevant Customer’s bank statements, and where all Payment Orders will result in funds flowing to and from the GoCardless Bank Account.

  • Service offered under a contract which, in the Operator's opinion acting reasonably, has a capacity reservation charge or an allocation reservation deposit or any material equivalent to such charge or deposit which is payable up front or from time to time in respect to the reservation of capacity under that contract for at least a reasonable time into the future (but at all times excluding a T1 Service, P1 Service, B1 Service, Aggregated Service, a Firm Service and Capacity under a Spot Transaction).

  • For clarity, this section and the terms of the Aggregate Data section of the Agreement do not give Airship the right to use the Aggregated Service Data to identify an individual, an End User, or Customer as the source of any Aggregated Service Data, and Airship shall not sell or disclose the raw data or personal data included in the Aggregated Service Data to any third party.

  • Airship shall not combine Aggregated Service Data from Customer’s account with other Airship customers’ End User data.

  • If (1) Supplier fails to adjust its pricing as required under Section 8.2B (Benchmark Adjustments), or (2) Gap (in its sole discretion) does not accept Supplier’s proposal to reduce its prices to the Benchmark as set forth in Section 8.2B(2) (Benchmark Adjustments), Gap may, upon sixty (60) days notice to Supplier, (a) terminate this Agreement, at no fee to Gap, as to the Aggregated Service or Aggregated Services that were not reduced to the Benchmark, or (b) at Gap’s option, the Agreement as a whole.

  • As between Xxxxxxx and you, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Service Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, are owed by, and are retained solely by Xxxxxxx.

Related to Aggregated Service

  • related service means the services incidental to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation, insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Credited Service means the member's total period of service

For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Uniformed service means the performance of duty on a voluntary or involuntary basis in the uniformed service of the United States, including the U.S. Public Health Services, under competent authority and includes active duty, active duty for training, initial activity duty for training, inactive duty training, full-time National Guard duty, and the period for which a person is absent from a position of employment for purposes of an examination to determine the fitness of the person to perform any such duty.

  • Hours of Service means hours to be credited to an Employee under the following rules:

  • Years of Service means the total number of full years in which a Participant has been employed by one or more Employers. For purposes of this definition, a year of employment shall be a 365 day period (or 366 day period in the case of a leap year) that, for the first year of employment, commences on the Employee's date of hiring and that, for any subsequent year, commences on an anniversary of that hiring date. Any partial year of employment shall not be counted.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Covered service means a health care service provided to a

  • broadcasting service means a radiocommunication service in which the transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public. This service may include sound transmissions, television transmissions or other types of transmission.

  • Prepaid calling service means the right to access exclusively telecommunications services, which must be paid for in advance and which enables the origination of calls using an access number or authorization code, whether manually or electronically dialed, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Distribution Service means the delivery of electricity to Customers by the Distribution Company.

  • ACP means the "Actual Contribution Percentage" determined pursuant to Section 12.6(d).

  • Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time. Business Day – Any day between the period of 8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Prevailing Time, except Saturday, Sunday and any day which is a legal holiday or a day on which federal banking institutions in Boston, Massachusetts are authorized by law to close. Change in Law – As used herein, means any of the following:
