Aggrieved Employees definition

Aggrieved Employees means all current and former hourly-paid or non-exempt employees of Defendant who worked as drivers within the State of California at any time during the PAGA Period.
Aggrieved Employees means all individuals who were employed by Defendants in California and classified as a non-exempt employee at any time during the PAGA Period.
Aggrieved Employees means all of Defendant’s non-exempt employees who were assigned to work at any healthcare facility inside California during the PAGA Period.

  • The Administrator will disburse the entire Gross Settlement Amount without asking or requiring Participating Class Members or Aggrieved Employees to submit any claim as a condition of payment.
