AHYDO definition

AHYDO shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(i).
AHYDO means an “applicable high yield discount obligation” within the meaning of Section 163(i)(1) of the Code.
AHYDO has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.14(g).
