AIFM Rules definition

AIFM Rules means any rules or conditions from time to time made by the Central Bank pursuant to the Act and the AIFM Regulations, and, including without limitation, the AIF Rulebook.
AIFM Rules means the corpus of rules formed by the AIFM Directive, the AIFM Regulation and any binding guidelines or other delegated acts and regulations issued from time to time by the EU relevant authorities pursuant to the AIFM Directive and/or the AIFM Regulation, as well as by any national laws and regulations (such as the AIFM Law) which are taken in relation to (or transposing either of) the foregoing
AIFM Rules means The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (2011/61/EU) and all applicable rules and regulations implementing that Directive;

Examples of AIFM Rules in a sentence

  • If it appears to the Directors that any Annual Report of the ICAV did not comply with the requirements of the Act or the AIFM Rules, the Directors may prepare a revised Annual Report.

  • The Directors shall cause to be kept books of account as are necessary in relation to the conduct of its business or as are required by the Act and the AIFM Rules so as to enable the accounts of the ICAV to be prepared.
