AIL Foreground Information definition

AIL Foreground Information means all Confidential Information of AIL or its licensors, and any Joint Confidential Information, in any form, furnished or made available directly or indirectly to Contractor by AIL or otherwise obtained by Contractor from AIL and Confidential Information jointly owned by AIL and Contractor and all Intellectual Property Rights related to any of the foregoing, developed or acquired by AIL on or after the Effective Date.

  • Foreground Information means any Invention first conceived, developed or reduced to practice as part of the Work under the Contract and all other Technical Information conceived, developed or produced as part of the Work under the Contract;

Background Technology will also include any general consulting tool or methodology created by Contractor, which will not be required to be identified in the Statement of Work.
