Aircraft Lessor definition

Aircraft Lessor means any person other than the Company who is the legal or beneficial owner of an aircraft that is used or occupied by or in the possession of the Company or in relation to which the Company is liable as at the Appointment Date;
Aircraft Lessor means an owner of Aircraft leased by any Borrower or any Guarantor pursuant to any Sale and Leaseback Transaction.
Aircraft Lessor means a lessor under an Aircraft Lease.

Aircraft Lessor means any Creditor of the Company that is an aircraft lessor as set out in Appendix 4 (List of Aircraft Lessors).
