Allied Guarantee definition

Allied Guarantee means the unconditional guarantee, on a senior basis, by Allied of the due and punctual payment of principal (premium, if any) and interest on the Securities, as provided pursuant to Article 16.
Allied Guarantee means the supplemental indenture dated as of July 21, 1999 among Allied Waste, AWNA and JPMorgan Chase Bank (formerly Chase Bank of Texas, N.A.), as Trustee, pursuant to which Allied Waste and AWNA guarantee the BFI Indenture Debt.
