Allocable Finance Charge Collections definition

Allocable Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Due Period, the product of (a) the Series 2000 Allocation Percentage for such Due Period and (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Finance Charge Receivables relating to such Due Period.
Allocable Finance Charge Collections means the Series Allocable Finance Charge Collections with respect to Series 20[__]-[_].
Allocable Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Deposit Date or Distribution Date, the product of (a) the Series 1997-6 Allocation Percentage for the related Due Period and (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Finance Charge Receivables relating to any Deposit Date or Distribution Date, as applicable.

  • The Servicer will be permitted, in its sole discretion, to waive the Monthly Servicing Fee for any Distribution Date by notice to the Master Trust Trustee on or before the related Determination Date; provided, however, that the Servicer believes that sufficient Series Allocable Finance Charge Collections will be available on any future Distribution Date to pay the Investor Servicing Fee relating to the waived Monthly Servicing Fee.

  • To the extent that the product of (A) the portion of the Insolvency Proceeds allocated to Series 1997-1 Allocable Finance Charge Collections and (B) the Floating Allocation Percentage with respect to the related Monthly Period exceeds the aggregate amount distributed to the Paying Agent pursuant to the preceding sentence, the excess shall be released to the Collateral Interest Holder for application by the Collateral Interest Holder in accordance with the Loan Agreement.

  • The Company agrees that it will act reasonably in this matter when considering requests.

Allocable Finance Charge Collections means, for any Senior Series for any Distribution Date, the product of (x) the Finance Charge Collections for the related Due Period and (y) the Senior Series Allocable Class Percentage for such Senior Series for such Distribution Date.

Related to Allocable Finance Charge Collections

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Reallocated Principal Collections means, for any Transfer Date, Investor Principal Collections applied in accordance with Section 4.6 in an amount not to exceed the Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount for the related Monthly Period.

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2018-2 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2018-2 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.
