  • Changes and amendments to the Project Description may be proposed to the Executive Board by any Party and require [simple majority] approval of the Executive Board and the relevant ethics committees to be implemented, provided always that a Party whose Allocated Work, time for performance, allocation of funds are impacted, may veto such decisions of the Executive Board, provided such veto is duly justified.
