Allowed Unloading Time definition

Allowed Unloading Time has the meaning given in Clause 7.6.1. “Ancillary Services” has the meaning given in Clause 3.2.1.

Allowed Unloading Time for a particular LNG Vessel is the period of time allotted to the User to cause an LNG Vessel to: (a) be safely moored alongside the Terminal’s unloading berth as confirmed by the Operator, such confirmation to be given promptly; and (b) unload the Cargo on board such LNG Vessel into the Terminal, to leave the berth and to approach the channel; as determined by the Operator in accordance with Clause 7.6.2, subject to extensions in accordance with Clause 7.6.3.

Examples of Allowed Unloading Time in a sentence

  • Allowed Unloading Time shall be extended by the time during which unloading is delayed or hindered by any reason other than (i) the occupancy of the berth by another LNG Tanker for reasons other than Force Majeure events, or (ii) reasons attributable to Buyer or the LNG Terminal that are not otherwise excused under this Agreement.

Related to Allowed Unloading Time

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).
