Time Allotted. The employee representatives designated to participate in the CCSR meetings shall be given time in the company that employs them to prepare and participate in the annual CCSR meeting (3 days per year). The members of the CCSR who are neither members of the Bureau nor the Secretary benefit from an additional day to work on the CSR Agreement per year. An additional credit shall be allotted to the members of the CCSR Bureau (four days to participate in the Bureau meetings, in addition to one day per quarter for follow-up) and to the Secretary (four days to participate in the Bureau meetings in addition to one day per month for follow-up and three days to prepare the CCSR). Travel time shall be added as needed. To carry out one-off actions related to the CSR Agreement (internal communication and field visits related to the CSR Agreement) validated by Management, an allotted 26 day time credit is at the disposal of the Bureau (including travel time in the event the actions require it). It may be used by the Bureau members or duly-designated CCSR members to carry out concrete CSR projects based on a set of specifications proposed by the Bureau and validated by Management. ▪ Funding EDF SA covers the costs directly related to the functioning of the follow-up on the CSR Agreement (CCSR meetings, Bureau, interpretation and translations). The transportation costs are covered by the companies of the Group. The forecast of the expenses comprising the functioning costs and those costs pertaining to one-off actions related to the CSR Agreement (see paragraph “Time Allotted”) that have been outlined in a set of specifications and have received preliminary approval from the company shall be examined each year with the CCSR Bureau for the following year.

Time Allotted. The vacation schedule for new administrators to the District, as granted by the Board will be two (2) weeks after the first year completed, three (3) weeks after two complete fiscal years, four (4) weeks after three complete fiscal years. Department chairpersons will be granted five (5) vacation days based on the terms of this article. The vacation schedule is negotiable with the Superintendent if the person is presently working in an administrative position. All vacation requests will be submitted to the Superintendent for approval.

Employees hired prior to July 1, 1998 shall be entitled to twenty-three (23) vacation days per contract year and employees hired effective July 1, 1998 and thereafter shall be entitled to twenty (20) such vacation days. 2. The aforementioned vacation time shall be available for use in the following contract year. The vacation time earned for an employee who has worked less than a full contract year shall be prorated.

More than three (3) consecutive days taken while school is in session shall require the Superintendent’s prior approval. 3. All twelve month Association members, except for the Manager of Information Technology and the Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, shall be entitled to vacation time according to the following schedule:

The Coordinator of Communications/Grant Writer shall receive the equivalent of twenty (20) ½ day or ten (10) full-day vacation days and is entitled to take up to two (2) non- consecutive vacation days during the school year. Each full vacation day taken will count as two (2) vacation days as this position is not afforded any vacation time during her ½ time teaching duties.
