Alnylam Equipment definition

Alnylam Equipment means the Equipment, if any, identified on the applicable SOW as being provided by Alnylam or purchased or otherwise acquired by Manufacturer at Alnylam’s expense.
Alnylam Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.1.
Alnylam Equipment means the Equipment, if any, identified on a Purchase Order to be either provided by Alnylam or purchased or otherwise acquired by Manufacturer at Alnylam’s expense, at Alnylam’s discretion, dedicated for exclusive use for the Manufacture of Product under this Agreement. CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL PORTIONS OF THIS EXHIBIT WERE OMITTED AND REPLACED WITH “[***]”. A COMPLETE VERSION OF THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECRETARY OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO AN APPLICATION REQUESTING CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT UNDER RULE 24b-2 OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934.

  • Manufacturer will immediately notify Alnylam if at any time it believes any Alnylam Equipment has been damaged, lost or stolen.

  • Manufacturer will also promptly return all Alnylam Materials, Alnylam Equipment, retained samples, data, reports and other property, information and/or know-how in recorded form that was provided by Alnylam, or developed in the performance of the Services, that are owned by or licensed to Alnylam.

  • Manufacturer will perform all Services at the Facility, provide all staff necessary to perform the Services in accordance with the terms of the applicable SOW and this Agreement, and hold at such Facility all Equipment, Alnylam Equipment, Alnylam Materials and other items used in the Services.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
