Alternate Purchaser Percentage definition

Alternate Purchaser Percentage means, with respect to any Alternate Purchaser for a Conduit, such Alternate Purchaser’s Commitment with respect to such Conduit as a percentage of the Purchaser Commitment Amount with respect to the Purchaser Group of which such Conduit is a member.
Alternate Purchaser Percentage means, at any time, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the portion of the Net Investment funded by the Alternate Purchasers and the denominator of which is the Net Investment at such time.
