Amended Bonds definition

Amended Bonds means the Amended Series 2005 Bond, the Amended Series 2007 Bond, the Amended Series 2012 Bond, and the Amended Series 2016B Bond.
Amended Bonds means the Resource Recovery Revenue Bonds (Northampton Generating Project) Senior Tax-Exempt Series 2013 A Bonds in the principal amount of $50,000,000.00 issued pursuant to the Amended Bond Indenture.
Amended Bonds. ’ means the 2002 Bonds as amended in accordance with the terms of the Bond Restructuring Proposal and constituted by the amended and restated trust deed.
