Examples of An Independent Trustee in a sentence
An Independent Trustee of the Funds need only report a transaction in a Security if the Trustee, at the time of that transaction, knew or, in the ordinary course of fulfilling the official duties of a Trustee of the Funds, should have known that, during the 15-day period immediately preceding the date of the transaction by the Trustee, the Security was purchased or sold by the Funds or was being considered for purchase or sale by the Funds.
An Independent Trustee is required to report transactions in Reportable Securities only if, in the ordinary course of fulfilling his or her official duties as a trustee, the Independent Trustee knew or should have known that during the 15-day period immediately before or after his or her transaction in a Reportable Security, the same Reportable Security was purchased or sold, or was being considered for purchase or sale by the Trust (as described in Section IV.A. above).
