Anacor Compound means a boron-containing small molecule compound Controlled by Anacor or an Anacor Affiliate.

Anacor Compound means any compound Controlled by Anacor prior to the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement that is screened, generated, researched or developed under the Research, but excluding any and all Project Compound(s).

Examples of Anacor Compound in a sentence
