Analytic file definition

Analytic file means the set of files that is created from Covered California submissions. Analytic Files may include information created through the application of analytic tools or derived from other data sources.

  • Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.
