Ancillary Building definition

Ancillary Building means a garage or other building or structure on a lot or parcel subordinate to and not forming an integral part of the main or principal building but pertaining to the use of the main building;
Ancillary Building means a building subservient to the principal building on the same plot e.g. servant quarters, garages and guardroom etc.
Ancillary Building or “Ancillary Buildings” means any building or structure associated with the Buildings on the Lot which requires Local Authority Consent.

Ancillary Building means the building(s), cabinet(s), vault(s), closure(s) and equipment required for operation of telecommunication systems, including but not limited to repeaters, equipment housing, relay equipment, ventilation and other electrical and mechanical equipment.
