The Refrigeration Plant and the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, sprinkler, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, security, life-safety, elevator and other service systems or facilities of the Ancillary Buildings up to (but not including) the point of localized distribution to the Ancillary Space (excluding any systems or facilities exclusively serving the Ancillary Space).
