Ancillary Buildings definition

Ancillary Buildings means any building or structure associated with the Buildings on the Lot which requires Local Authority Consent.

  • Landlord shall indemnify, defend and hold Tenant harmless from and against all Losses incurred by Tenant arising from any accident, injury or damage whatsoever caused to any person or the property of any person (other than Tenant) in or about Premises or the common or public areas of the Ancillary Buildings, to the extent attributable to the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its agents or employees.

  • To complete any construction of all Buildings, Ancillary Buildings, Garages (including the exterior painting and decorating of Buildings, Ancillary Buildings, Garages) and the driveway/vehicle access within 9 months of commencement of excavation of the building site.

Ancillary Buildings means any building or structure associated with the Buildings on the Lot.
