Ancillary Services Business definition

Ancillary Services Business means the business relating to Ancillary Services carried on by the Ancillary Services Provider;
Ancillary Services Business the business of NGC or any Affiliate or Related Undertaking as operator of NGC's Transmission System in the acquisition and/or sale (other than as part of the Generation Business) of Ancillary Services.
