Ancillary Supplies definition

Ancillary Supplies means (i) oxygen, (ii) nonprescription medications which a Facility purchases in bulk, not for nay particular resident, and (iii) enteral and parenteral nutritional products which Extendicare or one of its Affiliates provides at its expense.

  • Ancillary Supplies and Services/Other Direct Costs (ODCs) for Marketing and Public Relations Services: Provide a description for all known support products and/or Other Direct Costs (ODCs) that are proposed for award at the Schedule level that clearly describes what the ordering agencies are buying.

  • Specifications for the procurement of Ancillary Supplies and Services shall be based on relevant characteristics, functionality, and/or performance requirements.

  • In view of the urgent necessity to procure Ancillary Supplies and Services, the PE may commence with the procurement even without an approved APP subject to the validation by the appropriate office in the PE that there are funds in its budget to cover for the same.

  • Ancillary Supplies and/or ServicesAncillary supplies and/or services (SIN ANCILLARY under Miscellaneous Large Category) are in support of supplies and services which are not within the scope of any other SIN on the Schedule contract.

  • The project requirements and contract packaging shall be based on the PE’s needs and the capability of supplier, manufacturer, distributor or service provider as determined through initial market scanning or scoping accompanied by appropriate supporting documents identifying the Ancillary Supplies and Services (e.g., Technical Specifications) to be procured.

  • Task 2.0 Procurement of Equipment, Controls, and Ancillary Supplies The Recipient shall procure long lead-time and capital equipment, controls, and ancillary supplies required for installation of the equipment and balance of plant (BOP) modifications required for equipment installation and operation.

Related to Ancillary Supplies

  • Ancillary Services means those services that are necessary to support the transmission of capacity and energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Applicable Laws and Regulations:

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Ancillary service means a supplemental service that supports the diagnosis or treatment of the patient’s condition. Examples include diagnostic testing or screening services and rehabilitative services such as physical or occupational therapy.

  • Supplies means all property, except land and interests in land, that is clearly identifiable for eventual use by or owned by the DoD at the time of transportation by sea.

  • Ancillary Assets means sovereign debt in the currency of denomination of the ETP Securities with an original maturity of less than one month which is rated at least A-1 by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, and/or P-1 by Moody's Investors Service Ltd. and/or F1 by Fitch Ratings Limited.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Buyer Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Buyer under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Bulk Supply means a supply agreement made under section 40 of the Act;

  • Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • Seller Ancillary Agreements means all agreements, instruments and documents being or to be executed and delivered by Seller under this Agreement or in connection herewith.

  • Fixed Asset Supplies means items included within “Property and Equipment” under the Uniform System of Accounts including, but not limited to, linen, china, glassware, tableware, uniforms, and similar items, whether used in connection with public space or Guest Rooms.

  • Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Remanufacturing means the activity of overhauling, retrofitting, fabricating, or repairing a product or its component parts for ultimate sale at retail.

  • Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.

  • Electricity Supplier means any person authorised to supply electricity.

  • Medical supplies means items for medical use that are suitable for use in a health care facility or in the home and that are disposable or semi-disposable and are non-reusable.

  • Supply contract means a contract under which a lessor buys or leases goods to be leased.
