Annual Actual Project Spend definition

Annual Actual Project Spend means, in respect of a Charging Year, the Allowable Project Spend incurred by the Infrastructure Provider in connection with the Project in that Charging Year, as verified by the Independent Technical Assessor in accordance with this Project Licence and the Liaison Agreement, stated in 2014/15 prices by way of deflation for such Charging Year based on the Applicable Change in Cost RPI for that Charging Year; provided that, for the purposes of calculating a Predicted Overrun and for the purposes of determining the point at which the Actual Cumulative Project Spend is equal to the Threshold Outturn when calculating Allowable Project Spend, the deflation shall instead be based on the Applicable Change in Cost Indices for the Charging Year in question.

Examples of Annual Actual Project Spend in a sentence

  • This differs from the Annual Actual Project Spend in Table TTTB, which is on a cash basis.

  • The licence specifies that Annual Actual Project Spend should be deflated by the Applicable Change in Cost RPI for a Charging Year, rather than the 2014/15 RPI Adjustment Factor.

  • Use the 2014/15 RPI Adjustment Factor to deflate the Annual Actual Project Spend in the current Charging Year.

  • The RCV for each year is inflated at the year-end price and therefore differs from the sum of outturn Annual Actual Project Spend (line 5).

Related to Annual Actual Project Spend

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Annual Work Plan means any of the Annual Work Plans.

  • Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Annual Action Plan means any of the plans referred to in Section 3.05

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Annual Projections is defined in Section 6.2(a).

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 8.1;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Commercialization Costs means the sum of the following costs and expenses incurred by the Parties or their respective Affiliates, in Commercializing the Shared Products (and related Manufacturing activities) in the Territory, in each case, to the extent incurred in accordance with the Commercialization Plan and Commercialization Budget:

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Annual Budget means the operating budget, including all planned capital expenditures, for the Property prepared by Borrower for the applicable Fiscal Year or other period.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Annual Business Plan means the development plan and budget report for Party B’s Business in the next calendar year which is prepared by Party B with the assistance of Party A pursuant to this Agreement before November 30 of each year.
