All Routine Maintenance must be carried out in the UK unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing. Schedule: the accompanying document listing the Vehicles, Ancillary Equipment, inclusions and exclusions provided by the Company to the Operator at the Commencement Date. Services: Referring only to visits, as recommended by the manufacturer servicing guidelines, to a Company Workshop or a workshop authorised by the Company and excluding individual Ministry Inspections.
