Noise Restrictions. The noise level generated by the Seasonal Club’s activities at the Sporting Ground and Pavilion must, at all times, comply with the City of Yarra Local Laws, and the Environment Protection Act 1970 and guidelines. No external speakers are to be used for the playing of music. Amplified music can be used, provided the relevant permit is sought and issued by Council. Public address systems including mobile and handheld units can be used between the hours of 9am and 6pm and must not be heard outside the confines of the park.
Noise Restrictions. A. Contractor shall use only such equipment on the Work and in such state of repair so that the emission of sound therefrom is within the noise tolerance level of that equipment as established by Cal/OSHA. Contractor shall comply with the most restrictive of the following: (1) local sound control and noise level rules, regulations and ordinances and (2) the requirements contained in these Contract Documents, including hours of operation requirements. No internal combustion engine shall be operated on the Project without a muffler of the type recommended by the manufacturer. Should any muffler or other control device sustain damage or be determined to be ineffective or defective, the Contractor shall promptly remove the equipment and shall not return said equipment to the job until the device is repaired or replaced. Said noise and vibration level requirements shall apply to all equipment on the job or related to the job, including but not limited to, trucks, transit mixers or transit equipment that may or may not be owned by the Contractor.

If we must process more than two different cards for your reservation, an additional $25 processing fee will apply. If we must process more than three payments, an additional $15 processing fee will be added to each additional payment.
