Annual Election Date definition

Annual Election Date means June 1st of every calendar year beginning on June 1, 2018 unless a Controlling Class Representative has been elected or re-elected on or after January 1st of that same calendar year, in which case, the Annual Election Date will be deemed to not occur during such calendar year.
Annual Election Date means a date in December of each year established by the Board.

  • By August 31 of each year, the Board shall determine and approve the Annual Election Date for such year and shall notify the chair of the Nominating Committee of such date.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Primary election means any regular primary election held under the election

  • Enrollment Date means the first day of each Offering Period.

  • Plan Year means the calendar year.
