The new bank guarantee towards revised Security Deposit shall be submitted 3 (three) months prior to the date from which the increased Annual Lease Rent is effective to cover the Security Deposit to the entire extent required under the Agreement, and after verification of same by the Authority, the earlier bank guarantee submitted towards Security Deposit will be returned/released.
