Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.
Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
Marketing Fee means the fees paid by Home Credit to Dealer/Provider to support the use of Home Credit’s Product;
Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.
Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.
Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
Annual Fees means the annual fees charged by the Trustee for services provided as the trustee and paying agent under the Indenture.

Program Fee Rate is defined in the Fee Letter.
Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.
Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.
License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.
Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.
Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.
First Year means the intake group of Students for the most junior class or year in a school.
Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.
Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).
Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.
Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.
Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.
Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,
Annual Membership Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Credit Card Agreement applicable to each Account for annual membership fees or similar terms.
Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.
