Antisocial Forces definition

Antisocial Forces means entities or persons that are (i) gangster crime groups (“bouryokudan” as defined under Article 2(ii) of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991, including subsequent revisions; hereinafter, the “Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members”)); (ii) members of gangster crime groups (“bouryokudan in” as defined under Article 2(vi) of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Member; hereinafter the same) or former gangster crime groups members for whom fewer than five years having passed since separation; (iii) associate members of gangster crime groups; (iv) companies affiliated with gangster crime groups; (v) extortionist (soukaiya) racketeer groups; (vi) groups conducting criminal activities under the pretext of social campaigns; (vii) crime groups specialized in intellectual crimes; (viii) other entities equivalent to items (i) through (vii); (ix) companies whose management is influenced by a person to which any of items (i) through (viii) apply (hereinafter, “Gang Members”); (x) companies whose management materially involves Gang Members; (xi) persons who wrongfully engage Gang Members for the purpose of gaining unjust profit for themselves, their company or a third party or for the purpose of harming a third party; (xii) persons who provide funds or assistance to or are otherwise involved with Gang Members; and (xiii) companies whose directors or other persons materially involved in their management have socially unacceptable relationships with Gang Members.
Antisocial Forces means any organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, any individuals who were members of organized crime groups at any time during the past five years, associate members of any organized crime groups, any related companies or associations of any organized crime groups, any corporate racketeers (sokaiya), any groups engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of conducting social campaigns or political activities, crime groups specialized in intellectual crimes, and any other persons similar to the foregoing.
Antisocial Forces means any group or individuals pursuing illicit financial gain by violence, power and fraudulence.

Antisocial Forces means organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, quasi-constituents of organized crime groups, related companies or association of organized crime groups, quasi-organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, etc., and persons who fall under any of these categories (“Members of Organized Crime Groups, etc.”), as well as persons those who fall under any of the following categories and who a person who has not yet passed five years since he/she ceased to fall under any of these categories. (i) Having a relationship in which it is deemed that the management is controlled by Members of Organized Crime Groups, etc. (ii) Having a relationship in which a Members of Organized Crime Groups, etc. is deemed to be substantially involved in the management of the company. (iii) Having a relationship that is deemed to involve unjustified use of the Members of Organized Crime Groups, etc., such as with the intent to gain unjust profits for oneself or a third party, or to cause damage to a third party. (iv) Having a relationship that is recognized as being involved in providing funds, etc. or benefits to a Members of Organized Crime Groups, etc. (v) A director or a person substantially involved in the management of the company has a socially reprehensible relationship with a Members of Organized Crime Groups, etc. (iv) Using oneself or a third party to commit any of the following acts: (a) Violent demanding behavior (b) Unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility (c) Threatening words or deeds or using violence in connection with a transaction (d) Acts of spreading false rumors, using deceptive means or force to damage the credibility of a third party or obstruct the business of a third party. (e) Other acts equivalent to (a) through (d)
Antisocial Forces means (a) a criminal organization (which means an organization having members (including members of constituent organizations of that organization) that may encourage violent or illegal activities or the like collectively or habitually, hereinafter the same), (b) a member of a criminal organization, (c) a Person for whom a period of five (5) years has not passed since such Person ceased to be a member of a criminal organization, (d) a quasi-member of a criminal organization (which means a Person who has a relationship with a criminal organization, other than a member thereof, who (i) may engage in violent or illegal activities or the like using the power of a criminal organization in the background, or (ii) cooperates in the sustention or operation of or is involved with a criminal organization, including by providing funds, weapons or the like to a criminal organization or to members of a criminal organization, hereinafter the same), (e) a criminal organization-related corporation (which means a corporation (i) in which a member of a criminal organization is substantially involved in its management,

Antisocial Forces means any person, firm, corporation, association or entity engaging in activities which are illegal or are not permitted under applicable laws or regulations, or general practices such as gangsters, terrorists and criminals.
