AOL User definition

AOL User means an end-user who pays or is obligated to pay to AOL for access to the America Online Service;
AOL User as defined in the Interactive Marketing Agreement.
AOL User means a user of the AOL Brand Service who has not elected (a) not to permit AOL to transmit codes embodying Demographic Data with respect to such user to IMGIS or any Third Party for the purpose of serving Targeted interactive advertisements or (b) not to receive Targeted interactive advertising.

  • In the case of AOL Users who purchase products or services from Advertiser, Advertiser will be entitled to incorporate such AOL Users into Advertiser’s aggregate lists of customers; provided that Advertiser shall in no way disclose User Information in a manner that identifies AOL Users as end-users of an AOL product or service, provided that inclusion of AOL User email or IM addresses as part of an aggregate list shall not be deemed a breach of this provision.

  • Additionally, in cases where an AOL User performs a search for DigitalWork through any search or navigational tool or mechanism that is accessible or available through the AOL Network (e.g., Promotions, Keyword Search Terms, or any other promotions or navigational tools), AOL shall have the right to direct such AOL User to the Co- Branded Site, or any other DigitalWork Interactive Site determined by AOL in its reasonable discretion.

  • Additionally, with respect to such AOL User communications, in the event that DigitalWork encourages a known AOL Purchaser to purchase products through such communications, DigitalWork shall ensure that (a) the AOL Network is promoted as the primary means through which such AOL User can access the Co- Branded Site and (b) any link to the Co-Branded Site will link to a page which indicates to the AOL User that such user is in a site which is affiliated with the AOL Network.

  • Additionally, in cases where an AOL User performs a search for MP through any search or navigational tool or mechanism that is accessible or available through the AOL Network (e.g., Promotions, Keyword, or any other similar promotions or navigational tools), AOL shall have the right to direct such AOL User to the Affiliated MP Site.

AOL User means any user of the AOL Network, including without limitation users of the AOL UK Service (including any sub-accounts under an authorised master account) and the AOL Website.
