Appeal Review Panel definition

Appeal Review Panel means the five-member panel charged with deciding appeals and comprised of five rotating members of the Honor Committee, all as more particularly described in Section IV.I.3 of these Bylaws.
Appeal Review Panel means the persons authorized by the Vice President for Student Affairs to consider an appeal.

Examples of Appeal Review Panel in a sentence

Related to Appeal Review Panel

  • Review Panel means a panel responsible for determining whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of BSEF Rules, and for authorizing the issuance of notices of chargers against Persons alleged to have committed violations if the Review Panel believes that the matter should be adjudicated.

  • Appeal Panel means a panel comprised of a chair and two individuals appointed by the Board to consider appeals under Chapter 7.

  • Claimant means a person who believes that he or she is being denied a benefit to which he or she is entitled hereunder.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.

  • Board of Review or “board” means the state building code board of review created by this chapter.

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.
