The driver of a vehicle who desires to make representation to or appeal against a Penalty Charge Notice issued to him may make representation or appeal to the Enforcement Authority pursuant to the procedures set out in the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) Representations and Appeals Regulations 2007.
