All such preexisting Wireless Installations shall be subject to inspection by CPS Energy and must be in compliance with all Applicable Engineering Standards prior to the issuance of the Permit.
All Attachments, including Overlashing, must comply with Applicable Engineering Standards in effect at the time of installation or modification of Attachment.
If any inspection reveals that any Attaching Entity’s Attachments, Overlashings, with the Applicable Engineering Standards in effect at the time the Application was approved, the Utility shall provide written notice and the Attaching Entity shall make any and all corrections to bring the Attachment into compliance with the Applicable Engineering Standards.
