Approval Certificate definition

Approval Certificate means collectively one or more certificates, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, executed by an Authorized Representative in accordance with the terms hereof which finalize the pricing and terms of the Series 2017C Bonds pursuant to the parameters set forth in this Resolution, including specifying the issuance of any one or more subseries.
Approval Certificate means an approval certificate issued by the Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority;
Approval Certificate means, in relation to any Approved TIS, the certificate of RSP that such Approved TIS has been approved for the purposes of issuing Rail Products under this Agreement in accordance with such instructions and procedures as may be specified in such certificate.
