The final reports/records shall be provided within 1 month of the issue of the Final Approval Certificate for the Works contract.
The Banks shall use their best efforts to respond to the Borrower's request for approval of each Acquisition Approval Certificate within two (2) Business Days following the Banks' receipt of such certificate and shall not unreasonably withhold or delay such approval.
