Approved Affordable Housing definition

Approved Affordable Housing means Affordable Housing (but excluding LAR Dwellings, LLR Dwellings and SO Dwellings) of the type described in the Affordable Housing Capital Funding Guide which the GLA has (through OPS) expressly agreed to fund pursuant to this Agreement and which is more particularly described in the Named Project Details; Approved Bid means the aggregate of the Named Projects accepted by the GLA in OPS as at the date of this Agreement (as the same may be amended, added to, supplemented, substituted or varied in accordance with the terms of this Agreement);
Approved Affordable Housing means the Affordable Housing Plan Plan” for the Development approved pursuant to paragraph 1 of the Second Schedule subject to any amendments which may subsequently be approved by the Council subject to paragraph 3 of the Second Schedule
Approved Affordable Housing means the Affordable Housing Plan(s) Plan” for each Phase of the Development approved pursuant to paragraph 1 of the Second Schedule subject to any amendments which may subsequently be approved by the Council subject to paragraph 3 of the Second Schedule and which for the avoidance of doubt may be submitted and approved at the time of submission of the Reserved Matters Application for a Phase;

  • Upon approval of the Affordable Housing Plan by the County Manager (the “Approved Affordable Housing Plan”), the Developer must submit the Approved Affordable Housing Plan to the Zoning Administrator.

  • Affordable housing means housing that is available at a cost low enough to meet the needs of eligible households having regard to local incomes and local house prices and which will remain at an affordable price for future eligible households or, if not, that the subsidy is recycled for alternative affordable housing provision

  • Affordable housing development means a development included in the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, and includes, but is not limited to, an inclusionary development, a municipal construction project or a 100 percent affordable development.

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60% of area medianincome, as most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Affordable housing project means, for purposes of this part, title fourteen of article twenty seven of the environmental conservation law and section twenty-one of the tax law only, a project that is developed for residential use or mixed residential use that must include affordable residential rental units and/or affordable home ownership units.

  • Affordable Housing Cost means an amount satisfied by:

  • Affordable Housing Units – means the Affordable Housing to be provided as part of the development in accordance with the application and/or any subsequent reserved matters approval.

  • Multifamily housing means housing accommodations designed as a residence for more than 1 family.

  • Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.

  • Manufactured housing means “manufactured home” as defined in section 321.1.

  • Affordable Unit means a housing unit proposed or created pursuant to the Act and approved for crediting by the Court and/or funded through an affordable housing trust fund.

  • Affordable means, a sales price or rent level that is within the means of a low- or moderate- income household as defined within N.J.A.C. 5:93-7.4, and, in the case of an ownership unit, that the sales price for the unit conforms to the standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.6, as may be amended and supplemented, and, in the case of a rental unit, that the rent for the unit conforms to the standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.12, as may be amended and supplemented.

  • Residential means any school trip which includes an overnight stay.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • Multifamily dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate residential dwelling unit, which is used or occupied, or is intended to be used or occupied, in whole or in part, as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.

  • Apartment Dwelling means any dwelling unit within a building containing more than four dwelling units where the units are connected by an interior corridor;

  • Michigan state housing development authority means the public body corporate and politic created by Section 21 of the State Housing Development Authority Act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1421.
