Plan Plan definition

Plan Plan means a plan within the meaning of § 1.401(a)(4)–12 or a com- ponent plan treated as a plan under§ 1.401(a)(4)–9(c).
Plan Plan means the written Plan developed with you and on your behalf by the National Disability Insurance Agency or their delegate (for example, your Local Area Coordinator).

Plan Plan means this Prototype Defined Contribution Plan together with its related Adoption Agreement, as adopted by the Employer.
