Approved Builder definition

Approved Builder means Centex, BBL, Gehan and each other residential homebuilder acquiring Lots from Borrower for the purpose of constructing single family residences thereon which is approved by Lender, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Approved Builder means and refer to those builders which have been selected by Declarant to construct homes for sale in the Subdivision.
Approved Builder means a qualified builder, real estate developer, construction company or other entity that has applied and been qualified to receive land from the HLB for the purposes of developing affordable housing.

  • Each Lot Purchaser must be either (i) an Approved Builder or (ii) another Person approved by Lender in its sole discretion.
