Final Construction Plans means, with respect to any Leased Premises, the Final Construction Plans for such Leased Premises submitted to the Lessor and the Agent at least 30 days prior to the commencement of construction of the Improvements for such Leased Premises.

Final Construction Plans means all construction documentation upon which the Developer and its contractors shall rely in developing the Development. The Final Construction Plans shall include (without limitation) final architectural drawings, landscaping plans and specifications, final elevations, building plans and specifications (also known as "working drawings"), and a time schedule for construction.
