Design Review Committee means the Design Review Committee of the Association or the Master Management Association, as the case may be, as provided for and defined in the Master Management Association’s memorandum of incorporation;

Design Review Committee means the Design Review Committee as provided for and defined in the MOI;

Design Review Committee means a committee as provided for in Article 20 hereof;

In no way detracting from the generality of the aforesaid, it is specifically recorded that the Association shall not give its consent in this regard if, inter alia, any levies, or other amounts payable to the Association by the Purchaser are outstanding or if there are any outstanding issues in respect of the Property or in the event of the final completion occupation certificate not having been issued by the Municipality or the Design Review Committee not having given Development Approval.

More Definitions of Design Review Committee

Design Review Committee means, until the Development period has lapsed, the DEVELOPER acting alone, and after such period a committee of at least three persons appointed by the Trustees;

Design Review Committee means the Design Review Committee appointed by the Association from time to time;

Design Review Committee means the committee established under Article VIII hereof to review and approve or deny modifications, alterations, renovations or reconstruction of the exterior of Residential Units or Lots.

Design Review Committee or “DRC” means the Design Review Committee as established and empowered in Section 6 of this Declaration. The “Design Review Manual” or “DRM” refers to rules, standards, criteria and procedures governing exterior modifications to Common Areas, Lots, Homes, Units and common areas of Neighborhoods, as they may exist and be amended from time to time.

Design Review Committee means the University’s Design Review Committee. “Dispute” has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 10.01.

Design Review Committee means the committee as provided for in Articles 20 and 30 of the MOI;

Design Review Committee means the Design Review Committee comprising of representatives from Alberta Health, Alberta Infrastructure and AHS. The Design Review Committee will review the design and provide feedback where the design does not meet the requirements. Capital funding and AHS care funding are contingent on Applicants complying with the Architectural Design Requirements for Continuing Care Checklist.
