The CAB Districts acknowledge that general administration of the TAH Design Guidelines is assigned by the TAH Master Declaration to the TAH Design Review Committee, (also known as the “Community-Wide Architectural Review Committee”) as such committee is more particularly defined and described in the TAH Master Declaration and Covenant Enforcement Rules and Regulations (the “TAH Design Review Committee”).
The CAB Board may adopt and impose appropriate Fees and Fines related to the activities of the TAH Design Review Committee and the TAH Enforcement Committee, and to otherwise implement the provisions of the TAH Master Declaration, the TAH Covenants, and this CABEA.
