Approved Framework definition

Approved Framework means the Family Violence Risk Assessment and Risk Management Framework as amended from time to time approved under section 189 of the FVP Act. Associates means, in respect of a party, any officer, employee, agent, contractor, subcontractor, consultant, advisor, invitee, licensee or servant of that party to the extent that such person or entity is performing an act or a function directly related to the Licence. Business Day means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday (being a public holiday appointed as such under the Public Holidays Act 1993 (Vic)) in Melbourne, Victoria.
