Approved Lease Form definition

Approved Lease Form means the standard lease form or forms for the Property approved by Administrative Agent from time to time, and which shall include estoppel, subordination, attornment and mortgagee protection provisions satisfactory to Administrative Agent in Administrative Agent’s sole discretion.
Approved Lease Form means the form of Lease approved by Lender and attached hereto as Schedule VII.

  • Manager may adopt and modify the rules and regulations of the Project intended to govern the day-to-day activities of the Residents, but only to the extent that such rules and regulations of the Project do not conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, the Approved Lease Form or Legal Requirements.

More Definitions of Approved Lease Form

Approved Lease Form shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.17(b)(i) hereof.
Approved Lease Form. - means the standard lease form or forms for the Property approved by Administrative Agent from time to time, and which shall include estoppel, subordination, attornment and mortgagee protection provisions satisfactory to Administrative Agent in Administrative Agent’s reasonable discretion.
Approved Lease Form means a form of lease which is satisfactory to the Agent and which, in any event, (i) does not provide for any obligation of the Borrower with respect to residual value (or the equivalent) of greater than 40% of original cost for tractors, 25% of original cost for trailers, a percentage of original cost reasonably satisfactory to the Agent in the case of tippers or 20% of original cost for other equipment and (ii) which has no event of default comprising a cross default (as opposed to a cross acceleration) and which has no representations, warranties, covenants or events of default or prepayment that relate to any other Person or that relate to the Borrower's operations or condition (financial or otherwise) generally (as opposed to those that relate solely to leased equipment). For avoidance of doubt, (x) defaults with respect to particular equipment under a master equipment lease agreement to which the Borrower is a party shall not be deemed to be cross defaults with respect to other equipment under the same master lease agreement and (y) adding additional schedules in form theretofore approved by the Agent to a master lease agreement theretofore approved by the Agent shall not require separate approval of the Agent.
Approved Lease Form means a standard lease form approved by Lender or other form acceptable to Lender.
Approved Lease Form means Borrower's standard form of lease agreement submitted to and approved by Lender, in writing, prior to the Effective Date or otherwise approved in writing by Lender.
Approved Lease Form is defined in Section 9.15 of this Agreement.
Approved Lease Form means the form of lease agreement hereafter approved in writing by Lender. Unless disclosed by the terms of such Lease, prior to the review and approval of any such Lease, Borrower shall deliver to Lender a schedule of all tenant improvements to be paid for by Borrower and all leasing commissions to be paid by Borrower in connection with such Lease. The term “Approved Lease” means any Lease covering space in the Improvements which has either been approved in writing by Lender or satisfies leasing guidelines, if any, agreed to by Borrower and Lender after the date of this Agreement.
