Approved Line of Business definition

Approved Line of Business means, collectively, (a) those lines of business in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries operate on the Closing Date (after giving effect to the Transactions occurring on the Closing Date) and (b) any business or activity that is the same, similar or otherwise reasonably related, ancillary, complementary or incidental thereto.
Approved Line of Business means, collectively, (a) those lines of business in which Lead Borrower and its Subsidiaries operate on the Closing Date and (b) any business or activity that is the same, similar or otherwise reasonably related, ancillary, complementary or incidental thereto or a reasonable extension thereof.
Approved Line of Business means, collectively, (a) those lines of business in which the Company and its Subsidiaries operate on the Closing Date (after giving effect to the Transactions occurring on the Closing Date) and (b) any business or activity that is the same, similar or otherwise reasonably related, ancillary, complementary or incidental thereto.

More Definitions of Approved Line of Business

Approved Line of Business means, for purposes of Section 5.02(A) -------------------------- hereof, the primary line of business in which Borrower is presently engaged as described in Exhibit 111.01(A)II hereto.
Approved Line of Business means any of the lines of business in which the Borrower and its Subsidiaries are engaged on the Closing Date and other lines of business reasonably related thereto, including without limitation the distribution of any non-food consumer products through the existing distribution channels of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and the distribution of eyewear, accessories and other similar products through new distribution channels.

Related to Approved Line of Business

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Enclosed, locked facility means a building, room, greenhouse, outdoor fenced-in area, or other location that is enclosed on all sides and prevents cannabis from easily being viewed by the public. The facility shall be equipped with locks or other security devices that permit access only by:

  • Borrowing Base Property means Eligible Property and/or Commercial Land that the Administrative Agent has agreed to include in calculations of the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 4.1. A Property shall be excluded from the determination of the Borrowing Base if at any time such Property shall cease to be an Eligible Property.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Group care facility means an agency, other than a foster-family home, which is maintained and operated for the care of a group of children on a 24 hour basis. RCW 74.15.020

  • Class of business means all or a distinct grouping of small employers as shown on the records of the small employer carrier.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Long-term care facility means a nursing home, retirement care, mental care, or other facility or institution that provides extended health care to resident patients.

  • Day care facility means a child care facility that includes a day care home, preschool, child care center, school-age program or other facility of a type determined by the secretary to require regulation under the provisions of K.S.A. 65-501 et seq., and amendments thereto.
