Approved Operating Plan definition

Approved Operating Plan means for the Pre-Mobilization Period, the Mobilization and Start-Up Period and each Operating Year, the Operating Plan approved by Owner pursuant to Article VII, as modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Approved Operating Plan means any Operating Plan that is approved by the Board;

Approved Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.1(b).

Examples of Approved Operating Plan in a sentence

• Nothing included in or omitted from the Approved Operating Plan of Record shall be construed to mean a waiver of any requirement to comply with RSA 149-M, the Rules, this permit, or other applicable federal, state, district and local permits, ordinances, laws, approvals or conditions relating to this facility.

• The President will be responsible for the overall management for the Operations, subject to oversight and direction by the Board and shall carry out the Operations and shall be compensated by the Company in accordance with the Approved Operating Plan.

• The Senior Person in Charge shall: (i) be subject to oversight and direction by the President; (ii) carry out his/her responsibilities designated by the President; and (iii) be compensated by the Company in accordance with the Approved Operating Plan.

• The permittee shall cap the facility consistent with the fill sequencing plans received March 2020, and entitled, “Stage VI Facility Sequencing Plans,” as provided in the Permit Modification Application document received March 24, 2020 and assigned WMD Log No. 2020-47865-01, and incorporated by reference in the Approved Operating Plan of Record.

• The Head of Quality Control shall: (i) be subject to oversight and direction by the President; (ii) carry out his/her responsibilities designated by the President; and (iii) be compensated by the Company in accordance with the Approved Operating Plan.

More Definitions of Approved Operating Plan

Approved Operating Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.2(b) (Operating Plan).

Approved Operating Plan and “Approved Operating Plans” are defined in Section 4.7.

Approved Operating Plan means an Operating Plan which has been approved or deemed approved by the Owner pursuant to Section 7.3.

Approved Operating Plan means the Proposed Operating Plan approved by the Board pursuant to Section 6.7.

Approved Operating Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.03 of the Agreement.

Approved Operating Plan means for each Operating Year, the Operating Plan approved by Owner pursuant to Article VII, as modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Approved Operating Plan means the five year Operating Plan (including major maintenance and capital repairs, and recommended improvements and additions) prepared by Operator based on each Owner’s proposed schedule for dispatch of the Facility for the same period pursuant to Section 1(a) of Exhibit A and approved by the Executive Committee pursuant to Section 1(c) of Exhibit A, as maybe modified in writing in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
