Approved Operating Plan definition

Approved Operating Plan means for the Pre-Mobilization Period, the Mobilization and Start-Up Period and each Operating Year, the Operating Plan approved by Owner pursuant to Article VII, as modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Approved Operating Plan means any Operating Plan that is approved by the Board;

Approved Operating Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.2(b) (Operating Plan).

The President will be responsible for the overall management for the Operations, subject to oversight and direction by the Board and shall carry out the Operations and shall be compensated by the Company in accordance with the Approved Operating Plan.

Approved Operating Plan means the five year Operating Plan (including major maintenance and capital repairs, and recommended improvements and additions) prepared by Operator based on each Owner’s proposed schedule for dispatch of the Facility for the same period pursuant to Section 1(a) of Exhibit A and approved by the Executive Committee pursuant to Section 1(c) of Exhibit A, as maybe modified in writing in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
