Approved Product Type definition

Approved Product Type means the type of Mortgage Loans set forth on the Asset Matrix and that are applicable to the terms of the Program Agreements.
Approved Product Type means any product type listed in Exhibit C. From time to time, Licensor may offer to Licensee to add further product types to Exhibit C, which would become an integral part of this Agreement upon written agreement between the Parties to amend this Agreement accordingly.
Approved Product Type has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.

Examples of Approved Product Type in a sentence

  • To the extent a type of Mortgage Loan or Contributed Asset is referenced in the Program Agreements, those provisions shall only be applicable to the extent the box adjacent to the Approved Product Type is checked on the Asset Matrix.

Related to Approved Product Type

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.
