Approved Sales Literature definition

Approved Sales Literature has the meaning set forth in the Dealer Manager Agreement, but excludes material or writing marked “broker-dealer use only” or otherwise bearing a legend denoting that it is not to be used in connection with the offer or sale of Units.

  • The Company may provide the Dealer Manager with certain Approved Sales Literature to be used by the Dealer Manager and the Soliciting Dealers in connection with the solicitation of purchasers of the Shares.

  • The Dealer Manager agrees not to deliver the Approved Sales Literature to any person prior to the initial Effective Date.
