Approved Stock Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to which the Company's securities may be issued to any employee, officer or director for services provided to the Company.
Exit Plan means the exit management plan developed by the Contractor and approved by the Authority in accordance with Clause 44 (Exit Management).
Approved Share Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the board of directors of the Company prior to or subsequent to the date hereof pursuant to which Ordinary Shares and standard options to purchase Ordinary Shares may be issued to any employee, officer or director for services provided to the Company in their capacity as such.
Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner, including the Plan.
Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.
System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—
Long-Term Incentive Plan or “LTIP” means a plan providing compensation intended to motivate performance over a period greater than one financial year. LTIPs do not include option or SAR plans or plans for compensation through shares or units that are subject to restrictions on resale;
incentive plan award means compensation awarded, earned, paid, or payable under an incentive plan;
Parent Equity Plan means the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Long-Term Incentive Plan.
Company Equity Plan means the (a) Company’s Amended and Restated 2017 Equity Incentive Plan and (b) each other plan that provides for the award to any current or former director, manager, officer, employee, individual independent contractor or other service provider of any Group Company of rights of any kind to receive Equity Securities of any Group Company or benefits measured in whole or in part by reference to Equity Securities of any Group Company.
DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.
Activity Plan means the plan that is developed for each Individual based on their activity assessment. The plan should include strategies for how these activities can become part of the Individual’s daily routines.
Omnibus Plan means the Hanesbrands Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan of 2006, as amended from time to time, and any successor plan or plans. The long-term incentive described in this section (“Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan”) includes cash long-term incentives, but does not include stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards. Such amounts shall be payable as provided in section 2(c). Treatment of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards shall be determined pursuant to the Executive’s award agreement(s). Executive shall not be eligible for any new Annual Incentive Plan grants, Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan grants, or any other grants of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards under the Omnibus Plan during the Severance Period.
Long-Term Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period in excess of one year.
Company Incentive Plan shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7 hereof.
Notice of Award of Contract / „Letter of Award‟ shall mean the official notice issued by the Owner notifying the Contractor that his bid has been accepted.
Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.
BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.
Palletized unit load means a MIL-STD-129 defined quantity of items, packed or unpacked, arranged on a pallet in a specified manner and secured, strapped, or fastened on the pallet so that the whole palletized load is handled as a single unit. A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load. Refer to the Defense Transportation Regulation, DoD 4500.9-R, Part II, Chapter 203, for marking of 463L System pallets.
RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan for senior officers, employees and consultants adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;
Restricted Stock Plan means the RPM, Inc. 1997 Restricted Stock Plan and any successor plan or arrangement thereto.
DSU means the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes contained in Annex 2 of the WTO Agreement;
Stock Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.
Incentive Plan means any plan providing compensation that depends on achieving certain performance goals or similar conditions within a specified period;
Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.
