Approved Unit Plan definition

Approved Unit Plan means a Unit Plan that has been approved by the Commissioner.
Approved Unit Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the board of directors of the Partnership prior to or subsequent to the date hereof pursuant to which Common Units and standard options to purchase Common Units may be issued to any employee, officer or director for services provided to the Partnership in their capacity as such.
Approved Unit Plan means a plan of exploration, plan of development, or plan of operations that the Commissioner has approved under Article 8 of this Agreement.

  • RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan for senior officers, employees and consultants adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;
