Approved Stock Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to which the Company's securities may be issued to any employee, officer or director for services provided to the Company.
Exit Plan means the exit management plan developed by the Contractor and approved by the Authority in accordance with Clause 44 (Exit Management).
Approved Share Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the board of directors of the Company prior to or subsequent to the date hereof pursuant to which Ordinary Shares and standard options to purchase Ordinary Shares may be issued to any employee, officer, director or advisers for services provided to the Company in their capacity as such.
Equity Plan means any stock or equity purchase plan, restricted stock or equity plan or other similar equity compensation plan now or hereafter adopted by the Company or the Corporation.
Share Option Plan means any equity incentive plan of the General Partner, the General Partner Entity, the Partnership and/or any Affiliate of the Partnership.
System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—
Long-Term Incentive Plan or “LTIP” means a plan providing compensation intended to motivate performance over a period greater than one financial year. LTIPs do not include option or SAR plans or plans for compensation through shares or units that are subject to restrictions on resale;
FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.
incentive plan award means compensation awarded, earned, paid, or payable under an incentive plan;
Parent Equity Plan means the Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. Long-Term Incentive Plan.
Company Equity Plan means any management equity or stock option or ownership plan or any other management or employee benefit plan of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company.
DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.
Activity Plan means the plan that is developed for each Individual based on their activity assessment. The plan should include strategies for how these activities can become part of the Individual’s daily routines.
Omnibus Plan means the Hanesbrands Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan of 2006, as amended from time to time, and any successor plan or plans. The long-term incentive described in this section (“Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan”) includes cash long-term incentives, but does not include stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards. Such amounts shall be payable as provided in section 2(c). Treatment of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards shall be determined pursuant to the Executive’s award agreement(s). Executive shall not be eligible for any new Annual Incentive Plan grants, Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan grants, or any other grants of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards under the Omnibus Plan during the Severance Period.
Long-Term Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period in excess of one year.
Company Incentive Plan shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7 hereof.
Notice of Award of Contract / „Letter of Award‟ shall mean the official notice issued by the Owner notifying the Contractor that his bid has been accepted.
BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.
RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan of the Company;
Restricted Stock Plan means either the RPM International Inc. 1997 Restricted Stock Plan or the RPM International Inc. 2007 Restricted Stock Plan and any successor plan or arrangement to either of such plans, but shall not be deemed to mean or include the Omnibus Plan.
DSU means the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes contained in Annex 2 of the WTO Agreement;
Company Equity Incentive Plan means the Company’s omnibus equity plan, last approved by Company Shareholders on November 6, 2018 and as proposed to be amended at the Company’s May 7, 2019 shareholders’ meeting.
Stock Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.
Incentive Plan means any plan providing compensation that depends on achieving certain performance goals or similar conditions within a specified period;
Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.
Company Option Plan means, collectively, each stock option plan, program or arrangement of the Company.
