Area of use means a portion of an address of use that has been set aside for the purpose of receiving, preparing, using, or storing radioactive material.
Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.
Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.
Area Plan means the document submitted by the AAA to DSHS for approval every four years, with updates every two years, which sets forth goals, measurable objectives, outcomes, units of service, and identifies the planning, coordination, administration, social services and evaluation of activities to be undertaken by the AAA to carry out the purposes of the Older Americans Act, the Social Security Act, the Senior Citizens Services Act, or any other statute for which the AAA receives funds.
exploration area means that part of the Area allocated to the Contractor for exploration, described in schedule 1 hereto, as the same may be reduced from time to time in accordance with this contract and the Regulations;
ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive
Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.
Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
Area of Specialty means the description of an MBE or WBE firm’s business which has been determined by the Chief Procurement Officer to be most reflective of the MBE or WBE firm’s claimed specialty or expertise. Each MBE/WBE letter of certification contains a description of the firm’s Area of Specialty. This information is also contained in the Directory (defined below). Credit toward this Contract’s MBE and WBE participation goals shall be limited to the participation of firms performing within their Area of Specialty.
Permit area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a permit;
area of supply means any area within or partly within the area of jurisdiction of the municipality to which a water service is provided;
Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;
Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.
Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.
Area C means areas of the West Bank outside Areas A and B, which, except for the issues that will be negotiated in the permanent status negotiations, will be gradually transferred to Palestinian jurisdiction in accordance with this Agreement.
Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.
