ARYA Class B Shares means ARYA’s Class B ordinary shares.

ARYA Class B Shares means (a) prior to the consummation of the Domestication, ARYA’s Class B ordinary shares and (b) from and after the consummation of the Domestication, shares of Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of ARYA as contemplated pursuant to the ARYA Post-Closing Certificate of Incorporation. Any reference to the ARYA Class B Shares or the ARYA Shares in this Agreement or any Additional Agreement shall be deemed to refer to clause (a) or clause (b) of this definition, as the context so requires.

  • Class B Shares means the Class B ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class B Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class B Stock means Class B Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Company.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • A Shares means shares issued by companies incorporated in the PRC and listed on the SSE or the SZSE, traded in RMB and available for investment by domestic investors through Stock Connect.

  • B Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in Euro(s);

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Class B Share means a Class B ordinary share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.

  • Class A Common Shares means the Class A common shares, par value $0.000079365 per share, of the Company and any other security into which such Class A Common Shares may hereafter be converted or changed.

  • Class A Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Company Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to five (5) years, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Parent Class B Common Stock means the Class B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

  • Series B Preferred Units shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.
