Assessment Program definition

Assessment Program means a program established by the District which assesses water quality conditions, whether conditions are improving or degrading over time, and how natural features and human activities affect those conditions.
Assessment Program means a formal system to examine or evaluate a physician’s competence within the scope of the physician’s practice.
