Associate Contractor definition

Associate Contractor means the contractor(s) designated by Iridium from time to time for the development, delivery, operation and maintenance of NEXT.
Associate Contractor means a vendor under a separate contract connected to the provision of equipment, software, operation, or related activities to the Capital Bikeshare program.
Associate Contractor means a contractor that is under a separate agreement for goods or services related to Capital Bikeshare other than those services performed under this Agreement. Associate Contractor means any of DBTM, BCSC, BMM, Yuznoye, Yuzhmash, and Energia which is not itself a Party to this Agreement.

Related to Associate Contractor

  • Separate Contractor means a contractor, other than the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, to whom the Government has awarded a contact for construction of a portion of the project.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • State contractor means a person, business entity or nonprofit organization that enters into a state contract. Such person, business entity or nonprofit organization shall be deemed to be a state contractor until December thirty-first of the year in which such contract terminates.   • The Sub-Contractor means any person, firm or company (other than the Contractor) to whom any part of the work has been entrusted by the Contractor with the written consent of the Engineer-In-Charge and the legal representative successors and permitted assignee of such person, firm or company.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract.   • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Lead contractor means a person who has met the Board's requirements and has been issued a

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.
