Associate Plan definition

Associate Plan means The Associate Retirement Plan for Employees of Avery Dennison Corporation as in effect on or after June 1, 2002 and as set forth in Appendix B to the Dennison Retirement Plan, as may be amended from time to time, and any successor plan thereto.
Associate Plan means The Associate Retirement Plan for Employees of Avery Dennison Corporation as in effect on or after June 1, 2002 and as set forth in Appendix B to the Dennison Retirement Plan and as may be amended from time to time. ”Beneficiary” shall mean a person or trust properly designated by a Participant or Former Participant in accordance with the Rules of the Plan.
Associate Plan means a company, organization or other entity that has a health plan or other program (or who sponsors, provides, indemnifies, or administers another’s health plan or program) who has made arrangements with CBA’s parent corporation, BCBSSC, to access and utilize network providers in connection with such health plans or programs. Additionally, Associate Plan includes any other entity that is entitled to the benefit of the terms of this Agreement as a result of such Associate Plan’s entry into an agreement with CBA’s parent corporation, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Associate Plan also includes members of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina’s subsidiaries and affiliates that access this Agreement.

  • Supplemental Plan means a written plan for a child outlining the agency's plan to locate a permanent placement for the child and which may be developed concurrently with the case plan.

  • Financial Sponsor means any Person, including any Subsidiary of such Person, whose principal business activity is acquiring, holding, and selling investments (including controlling interests) in otherwise unrelated companies that each are distinct legal entities with separate management, books and records and bank accounts, whose operations are not integrated with one another and whose financial condition and creditworthiness are independent of the other companies so owned by such Person.

  • Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:
